Manual order entry ate up hours that Zengistics didn’t have

When President Matt Zimmer joined Zengistics, he had a clear vision: scale with technology, not just headcount. But Zengistics was already thriving — and reaching the next level meant rethinking how work was done. Matt and Senior Director of IT Jordan Barrett had already invested in modern infrastructure, including EDI, APIs, and analytics. But even with the right systems in place, up to half of Zengistics’ orders still involved repetitive tasks.
